A cue that is in mint condition is always worth more money than an apparently identical cue in shabby condition from a collecting viewpoint. I am currently discussing the idea of buying a J P Mannock cue from my friend Dominic Dale. He has a few and is considering parting with one. I will let you know once the negotiations are complete one way or the other.
