The W A Camkin (Birmingham Billiards Limited) cue.
The cue is machine spliced.
From the early days of Camkin’s name appearing on Birmingham Billiards cues I believe, post 1935 when the company moved to James Watt Street.
Bill Camkin established his trading company (Camkin Limited) in 1919; and having sold that operation to Orme in 1926, he left and set up Birmingham Billiards Limited., in 1929. The first address for this company was Corporation Street, Birmingham.
