Fifth Sidney Smith Cue
David Taylor cue
The David Taylor cue from Riley Burwat Linited, Acrington. The cue is machine spliced.
On 7th November 2010 I had the great pleasure of meeting a gentleman of the green baize, a man who was in the commentary box when Steve Davis made the historic 147 break on television for the first time that such a break had been seen. I am speaking of David Taylor, The Silver Fox. David was a world semi-finalist in 1980 losing to the eventual winner Cliff Thorburn. I was delighted to talk to him about old cues. What a treat.
