Goff cue
The S Goff & Co, 22 King Street, Covent Garden, London billiard cue.
The cue is ash and hand spliced with a facing splice, possibly satin wood.
S Goff & Co was founded in about 1860 by S (Samuel) Goff 1827-1911. The Company had a couple of shops on King Street selling a variety of items, mainly saddlery and associated items.
S Goff & Co were operating from 22 King Street between 1888 and 1915, thus the cue can be dated to that time.
